Ladies' Christmas Party

A Christmas party for the ladies! Arrive as early as 5:30, potluck dinner starts at 6:15. Bring food to share if you can.

It will be a time of worship, getting to know one another, great memories and fun.

We will have a Christmas ornament or decor gift exchange! Bring a wrapped Christmas ornament, $10 or under. Pray about a word of encouragement/blessing or prophetic word given with the gift. This can be given orally when the gift is given or you can write it down to give with the gift if you’d rather not share publicly.
IF THIS FEELS TOO INTIMIDATING, DON'T WORRY! We will give a prophetic word/blessing for yours if you don't feel able to do that.

Worship begins at 6:30, but join us at 6:00 for light refreshments & fellowship.

Worship in the Park

Oasis Church is having an outdoor worship service, and we are thrilled to be partnering with them! It will be at Q'melin Park in Post Falls, August 24th @ 10:30 am.

Besides worship and the word, there will be a special time for the kids, and a prophetic dance. This is an outreach and is a great time to invite family and friends who don’t know the Lord yet.

After the service, there will be a picnic - burgers and hot dogs with all the fixings are provided, along with cake (please bring a side dish to share). There will also have baptisms after the picnic!

We are excited to announce that we will be taking a church-wide rest for two weeks in August!
We will be closed the 10th-23rd, not only for Sunday services, but also for mid-week activities such as intercession.

We value rest and strengthening family connection - it is part of our mission, one of core values. You see it all throughout scripture: the Lord tells us to prioritize rest. Instead of one person taking a vacation, we wanted to take 2 weeks where the church and all the happenings here has rest.

But there is a difference between disconnecting and checking out, versus rest that restores. We have devices and activities that are great at keeping our minds busy and our attention occupied, but our spirits disengaged.

We want to challenge you to be intentional with this time of rest. How are you going to connect with your spouse, your family, your community? It's not about having every minute planned, but about being intentional to rest and invest in relationships, that really brings good fruit.

"He also said, 'This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.' "
— Mark 4:26-27

Jesus gives us a wonderful picture in this sower who planted seed, goes to bed, and the seed still grows while he sleeps. That's the kingdom! We get to rest in the fact that even while we're not gathering together, God is still powerfully at work in growing things. And we get time as a staff and a community to reset and refresh in His presence.

Enjoy the Lord and your loved ones, be refreshed and restored!
